Jason is a community member deeply rooted in family values, innovation, and a sincere commitment to education. As a husband, father, and successful small business owner, Jason's journey is one of hard work, dedication, and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our community.

Jason's early life was characterized by active participation in school activities. A member of the band, playing the bass clarinet, and a competitor in academic competitions in Business Professionals of America (BPA), Jason's high school years laid a solid foundation for his future endeavors.

Post high school, Jason ventured into the professional world, initially delving into document imaging, where he learned to create business computer applications. His keen interest in technology led him to become a Systems Administrator at 20/20 Communications in Ann Arbor, MI. Here, he made significant contributions to the Wireless Washtenaw project in the early 2000s, showcasing his talent in client/server database-driven applications.

In 2015, Jason took a significant leap, founding IMS Supply in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Starting with a modest team of three, his company has grown impressively, now boasting distribution and processing centers in Michigan, Kentucky, and Texas. Jason's approach at IMS Supply reflects his innovative spirit, developing cutting-edge technology for the industrial manufacturing industry. IMS Supply has evolved into a prominent Tier-1 automotive supplier, boasting a diverse and esteemed clientele that spans large manufacturing firms, renowned universities, major pharmaceutical companies, and virtually every branch of the United States Military.

Jason's personal life is a testament to his values of partnership and mutual growth. In 2007, he married Amanda, who is also an entrepreneur, successfully running a computer software company focused on gaming. Together, they reside in Leighton Township, MI (Wayland), enjoying the company of their two cats, Dax and Trip.

Jason's passion extends beyond business; he is a staunch advocate for educational improvement. His belief that education is a crucial solution to many societal challenges is personal and well-informed. This passion is not just rhetoric; it's a commitment reflected in his family life. His daughter, Danielle, a graduate of Dakota High School, is a fine example of this commitment. Now a Petty Officer in the United States Navy, Danielle's diverse interests in school from music to science reflect the kind of well-rounded, quality education Jason envisions for all.
